Public Participation

The Public Participation Process (also known as Stakeholder Involvement) forms part of the EIA process, which allows individuals, companies, authorities or groups that may be or are affected by a proposed development to raise their concerns and register as an Interested or affected party. This process is a legal requirement in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (107 of 1998) as well as the South African Constitution, section 32. Therefore Enviroworks has made these documents available for public download, to assist in the Public Participation Process and promote ease of access to the public.
